Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our Independence, MO community. The role includes supervising maintenance staff, coordinating service requests, and ensuring safety standards and OSHA compliance to protect residents and property.

You will work closely with the Community Manager, plan preventive maintenance, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records while providing excellent customer service to residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC experience desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of on-site staff and vendors.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for safety and upkeep.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and manage maintenance supplies within budget.
