Job summary

Asset Living in Philadelphia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a residential community. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination, ensuring safety standards and quality across both common areas and units.

You will work with the Community Manager, supervise maintenance staff, train and schedule tasks, and participate in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA and CPO certification is required; HVAC knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to use basic on-site software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests at the community.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety standards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and manage work orders.
