Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC certification desired.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency expected.

Aufgaben

• Maintenance Management: oversee routine and preventive maintenance.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for hazards and compliance.
• Manage inventory and budgeting for maintenance supplies.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program to extend property life.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Plan resources and obtain bids from vendors when needed.
