ZRS Management, LLC in Frisco, TX is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all property maintenance, ensure timely turnover, and lead a team of technicians. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, on-call duties, and budget adherence.

You will coordinate with the Property Manager, inspect contractor work, train staff, and uphold EPA standards while maintaining a safe, attractive community. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• EPA certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsabilidades

• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Schedule apartment turns and turnover within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain common areas, pools, and facilities; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Inspect and approve work by outside contractors; manage vendors.
• Maintain accurate property records and support preventive maintenance.
