Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead property maintenance and ensure high resident satisfaction. The role reports to the Property Manager and drives preventive maintenance, safety, and cost control across the site.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate turns, conduct inspections, and ensure EPA and housing standards are met. This full-time role includes on-call duties, on-site work, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and work in a team.
• On-call availability and willingness to travel for training.
• Maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs.
• Able to lead maintenance staff and manage preventive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently.
• Schedule apartment turns and coordinate vacated units within 3–5 days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas, pools/Jacuzzi and equipment safely.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff and vendor interactions.
• Keep accurate property records and logs.
