Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Frisco, TX to provide skilled, professional service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to perform repairs, turnover tasks and preventive maintenance.

The role requires plumbing, electrical, HVAC knowledge, strong attention to detail and a safety-minded approach; driving is required, and on-call hours may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a property, must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Demonstrated maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3-5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, pressure wash, clean windows.
• Monitor exterior building conditions and address issues promptly.
• Support preventive maintenance program for assigned area.
• Ensure safety and keep work area clean and organized; observe safety rules.
• Enter new tools or equipment into inventory and manage related records.
