Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and handyman work.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in interviewing, screening, and recommending maintenance or grounds personnel with the manager.
• Train service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas; manage inventory and supplies.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed at all times.
• Respond 24-hour to service requests and handle lock-outs due to evictions.
• Be available on an on-call basis and coordinate vendor work.
