Responsibilities include scheduling daily tasks, interviewing and training staff, ensuring safety, supervising vendors, maintaining inventory, and responding to service requests.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical know-how.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff.
• Ability to work on-call and respond to service requests.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and prepare vacants for occupancy.
• Interview and screen candidate service/grounds staff with the manager.
• Train new service, housekeeping, and grounds personnel.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory for maintenance teams.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed.
• Coordinate vendor work and on-call 24-hour response.
• Handle lock-outs and eviction-related issues.
• Snow removal and on-site issue reporting.
