Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Denver. You will maintain the property buildings and grounds, prep vacant units, manage supplies, and ensure tools and safety standards are met. This role requires on-call availability and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities include on-site repairs, safety compliance, and 24-hour response to service requests, with competitive compensation and benefits offered by AMC.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and upkeep.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Repair and upkeep of property and vacant unit prep.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand at all times.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and property uniform.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance shops after close of workday.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs and 24-hour service responses.
