Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Denver to lead the maintenance team and ensure on-site repairs and preventative maintenance across the property portfolio.

You will coordinate daily tasks, train staff, manage vendor work, and enforce safety policies while maintaining inventory and tools, with on-call duties in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge required.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and making recommendations for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel with the manager.
• Assist in training of all service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and replacement logs.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed.
