Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and upkeep building, fixtures and residential spaces. You will respond to service requests, repair appliances, plumbing, and HVAC/electrical systems, and perform routine preventive maintenance.

This full-time, on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of maintenance experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to work on-call, weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of general residential maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and energy systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management service requests for units.
• Repair/replace appliances, plumbing, and HVAC/electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair apartment materials and spaces.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks.
• Inspect vacant units and prepare for move-ins.
• Work on-call, weekends, and overtime as scheduled.
