Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a proactive Property Maintenance Technician to care for a stabilized, garden-style community. You will help maintain buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA, HVAC, and Pool Operator (CPO) certifications preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests for service, and routine upkeep on the community.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in accordance with established policies.
