Job summary

Asset Living is a fast-growing property management company seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and basic computer skills. HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification is required; HVAC desired.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and staff.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards.
• Manage maintenance supplies per budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Lead maintenance staff and ensure safety compliance.
