Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Laurel Pointe in the United States. You will oversee maintenance operations, supervise staff and vendors, manage safety and compliance, and deliver excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance, coordinating work orders, maintaining records, and participating in on-call emergencies. A High School Diploma, EPA/CPO, and basic computer skills are required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA and CPO certification are required.
• HVAC knowledge is desirable.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to work orders.
• Ensure repairs in common areas and units meet safety standards.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily for hazards.
• Maintain inventory and preventive maintenance program.
• Assist with on-call emergency coverage.
• Maintain records of service requests and compliance.
