Job summary

Greystar seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Novi at Queen Anne in Seattle. You will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas up to Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include managing resident work orders, supervising up to 5 staff, and assisting with budgeting for repairs and capital projects. HVAC maintenance experience and ability to use hand and power tools are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC certifications (Type I/II or Universal) required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Must provide own hand tools and have basic to advanced maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and complete work orders for resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Manage make-ready process for vacants, schedule vendors, and track repairs.
• Develop standards for grounds, exteriors, and common areas to meet Greystar quality.
