Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Hampton Greens, a Greystar-managed community near Redmond, WA. You will perform repairs, upkeep, and ensure standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall function.

The role includes making ready vacant units, inspecting work, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining grounds and facilities. Requires a high school diploma or GED, property maintenance experience, and EPA certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine maintenance by diagnosing issues and performing repairs.
• Oversees and completes the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring timely move-ins.
• Maintains standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exterior buildings, amenities, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
