LyvWell Apartments in San Francisco, CA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team at a high-rise multi-unit property. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems while coordinating contractors and ensuring quality workmanship.

This role requires clear English communication, strong supervisory skills, and a willingness to train staff. On-site rental discounts and a full benefits package accompany competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 3 - 4 Years: Commercial or Multi-unit Property – Required
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for all work-related responsibilities
• Computer and smart phone literacy required. Multilingual skills are a plus
• Note: 5 - 7 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and coordinates efforts of the maintenance staff.
• Recommends new hires, discipline, and contributes to performance appraisal.
• Trains, coaches, and communicates to the maintenance staff.
• Diagnoses problems and repairs/meets mechanical equipment incl. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Interface with contractors and vendors; secures bids per bid process.
