Related Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in San Francisco to oversee common-area and apartment repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance work. You will ensure curb appeal through exterior maintenance and provide exceptional resident service with attention to detail.

Lead a team of technicians, coordinate daily rounds, and manage preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and compliance across building systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating work orders.
• Ability to supervise electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a maintenance team for in-unit repairs and preventive tasks.

• Oversee building systems, inspections, and emergency responses.
