Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the upkeep of a multi-unit property in New York. The role includes supervising trades, diagnosing issues, and coordinating preventive maintenance across interior and exterior spaces.

You’ll oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks and quality of service, ensuring safe, clean, well-maintained apartments. Prior supervisory experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Requires High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads a maintenance team for a multi-unit property.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and housekeeping tasks.
• Oversees interior and exterior maintenance, hires and trains staff, conducts performance reviews.
