Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our Bayside Village property in San Francisco. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and machinery maintenance while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Requires 1–2 years in commercial or multi-unit housing, a high school diploma or GED, and may require a valid driver's license. On-site role with strong benefits and on-site rental discount available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 3–4 years experience can offset minimum education.
• Preferred certifications include HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• HVAC repairs, cleaning, replacement of parts, and related maintenance tasks.
• Plumbing repairs, parts replacement, and installations (sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.).
• Carpentry repairs and installations (doors, shelves, countertops, locks).
• Painting and drywall/plaster repairs.
• Electrical/Appliance maintenance: lighting, wiring, switches, lamps, etc.
• Machinery maintenance: repair and upkeep of chillers, belts, pumps, fans, etc.
• Other duties as assigned and required.
• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
