Related Rentals in San Francisco seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a luxury residential portfolio. The role covers common area and apartment repairs across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and appliances, plus exterior and grounds oversight.

Candidate must ensure timely make-ready work and high resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising repairs, coordinating vendors, maintaining PM schedules, and upholding safety and Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ability to read and write English; clear written and verbal communications.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry and other systems.
• Organize and prioritize service requests; complete repairs to standard.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready; manage make-ready schedules and vendor work.
• Prepare staff work plans and preventive maintenance schedules; maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Conduct apartment Preventative Maintenance (PM) and safety inspections.
• Maintain building grounds and respond to resident requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Uphold safety policies and regulatory compliance including Fair Housing.
