You will lead a small team of technicians, perform routine to advanced maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, and ensure safe, efficient operations that preserve property value.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma/GED; 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Operations Manager or Maintenance Supervisor in daily maintenance operations for a multi-unit residential property.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians on daily maintenance operations with a focus on efficient project execution and preserving property value.
• Repair and maintain machinery such as motors, pumps, belts, fans; boilers, chillers, water heaters; oversee operation of heating and hot water systems.
• Perform routine to advanced carpentry duties including door installation, moldings, and hardware; routine turnover of vacant units.
• Perform routine to difficult painting and plumbing tasks; inspect, install, repair and replace pipes and fixtures; unclog sinks and toilets.
• Perform routine to difficult electrical duties: inspect, test lighting and wiring, replace faulty switches and ballasts.
