J&J Worldwide Services in Texas is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead 2nd and 3rd shift crews across multiple trades, ensuring quality control and a safe facility. The role involves directing foremen and CBRE GDS subcontractors on site, coordinating preventive maintenance, work orders, and corrective actions.

Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and safety compliance are essential. The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience supervising two or more trades.
• Experience with NFPA, OSHA, Joint Commissioning and related guidelines.
• Knowledge of HVAC, building automation, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise maintenance personnel and subcontractors.
• Investigate equipment failures and provide corrective actions.
• Maintain safety and quality control inspections.
• Prepare price estimates for projects and manage work orders.
• Coordinate parts, requisitions and documentation with Purchasing.
• Provide training on safety procedures and equipment usage.
