J&J Worldwide Services CBRE Government and Defense Business seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee 2nd and 3rd shifts at BAMC Fort Sam Houston, supervising mechanics, electricians, carpenters, controls techs, and related trades while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

The role includes scheduling, coordinating with planners, supervising CBRE GDS subcontractors, leading safety trainings, reviewing work orders, and preparing cost estimates for projects; requires engineering degree or 5+

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or five+ years of relevant experience required.
Two+ years supervisory experience overseeing two or more skilled trades.
Familiar with The Joint Commission, NFPA, OSHA, and FGI Guidelines.
Knowledge of NFPA, ASHRAE, Joint Commissioning, and Continuing Based Monitoring Programs.
Experience with HVAC, building automation, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
OSHA 30-hour completion preferred.
Background check and NAC/LAC clearance required.

Responsabilités

Schedule maintenance personnel: preventives, work orders, and correctives with Planner Scheduler.
Supervise subcontractors on site and coordinate with Purchasing for parts and materials.
Provide guidance for maintenance and troubleshoot equipment failures.
Perform QC inspections and document corrective actions.
Develop price estimates for projects outside current contracts.
Instruct and train mechanics on safety procedures and proper equipment use.
Maintain work order logs and documentation.
