Job summary

J&J Worldwide Services CBRE Government and Defense Business in San Antonio seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead 2nd and 3rd shift crews across mechanics, electricians, carpenters, controls technicians, and more. You will oversee CBRE subcontractors onsite, ensure quality control, safety, and timely work orders while coordinating with purchasing and project teams.

The candidate will have a engineering-related degree or 5+ years of supervisory experience, knowledge of NFPA/OSH guidelines,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience overseeing two or more trades.
• Familiar with NFPA, OSHA, JCAHO guidelines and building systems.
• Able to read blueprints and understand facility systems.
• OSHA 30-hour course completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise maintenance personnel across multiple trades.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Investigate equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation, work orders, and QC records.
• Coordinate parts, requisitions, and price estimates for projects.
