Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team, manage OEM and service relationships, and uphold TPM and safety standards. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, equipment uptime, and cost-efficient maintenance within a represented work environment.

You will drive preventative maintenance programs, coordinate with plant engineering, and mentor a team of tradesmen to achieve KPI targets in a fast-paced facility setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial facility.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing maintenance personnel in a represented worker environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems including HVAC, motor and pump systems, piping systems, electrical systems, and general building repair.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different audiences and present complex technical information clearly.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with demonstrated progression in maintenance and leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Mechanical and Electrical Tradesmen, optimizing their capabilities within the UAW agreement.
• Manage vendor relationships with OEM and outside service providers, ensuring MOC and SCM processes.
• Oversee work order management through Corrigo and Maximo, prioritizing preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical control systems on critical lab equipment.
• Deliver Fast Response reporting for disruptions and plan weekend/holiday shutdowns.
• Support GMS and TPM processes and drive continuous improvement in maintenance metrics.
• Lead safety initiatives including pre-task planning and incident reporting.
