Qualifications

• High School required.
• 5 years verifiable experience in a Healthcare business occupancy medical facility O&M.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and PPE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, direct and coordinate all O&M activities at assigned jobsite.
• Monitor plans to achieve contractual objectives and support subcontractors and trades.
• Schedule work and submit monthly progress reports as required.
• Manage contract resources and budgets for assigned contracts.
• Ensure safety compliance for all personnel on site, including sub‑contractors; perform safety briefings.
