Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, ensuring timely service requests, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance. The role works with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors, manage inventory, and maintain thorough records.

Responsibilities include unit make-readies, on-call emergency coverage, budgeting, and ensuring OSHA and Fair Housing adherence while delivering high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage maintenance operations for the community.
• Attend to service requests and on-site preventative maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are met.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and make-ready status.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and respond to incidents.
• Plan and monitor budget, inventory, and resource use.
