Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our Nevada facility, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and production support.

You will plan and assign work to maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and monitor performance across shifts, collaborating with production, engineering, and safety teams to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing; battery, automotive, or related industries is beneficial.
• Strong ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and maintenance reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Plan and assign work to maintenance technicians and coordinators.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance and monitor equipment performance.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to minimize downtime and improve processes.
• Maintain maintenance records, manage spare parts and vendors, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
