Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Operations/Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience with direct people management.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance team to consistently meet starts and transfers.
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
- Oversee safety, training, and performance reviews for direct reports.
- Coordinate material flow, scheduling, and maintenance activities to support production.
- Collaborate with shifts to ensure consistent practices and manufacturing standards.
