Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a 262-unit Lease-Up community. The role includes managing work orders, coordinating make-ready tasks for new move-ins, and ensuring safety and high-quality standards across grounds and interiors.

The position requires 1-2 years as a Maintenance Supervisor with lease-up experience preferred; it also offers a housing discount and opportunities to work with a team focused on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand/power tools and measuring devices.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for the role.
• Property management system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle and complete work orders from resident requests and routine community upkeep.
• Oversee 'make-ready' process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Develop and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas.
• Inspect work by service team members and contractors; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and stay within budget.
