Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and routine upkeep per policies and safety standards.
• Manage make-ready processes for vacant units and schedule vendors as needed.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools and help manage budgets.
• Support safety meetings and stay updated on OSHA requirements.
