Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America in Sparks, Nevada is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will coordinate schedules, assign work, and drive continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, and production targets.

The role requires at least 5 years of maintenance or manufacturing leadership, experience with preventive maintenance, CAD, and measuring tools, plus strong safety culture and Lean Six

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing/operations with direct people management.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and CAD.
• Strong communication and safety focus; Lean Six Sigma familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance team to meet production goals.
• Schedule and manage maintenance work and improvements across shifts.
• Ensure safety compliance, 6S, and regulatory adherence.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews, and cost-conscious leadership.
