Qualifications

• 10 years of Manufacturing Experience.
• 5 years of Supervisory experience directly in Manufacturing Training.
• Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Experience developing and auditing training assignments, procedures, and curriculums.
• Translate verbal information into clearly written procedures.
• Manage multiple documentation projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Coordinate with HR and other disciplines to develop and control skill versatility matrix with grading scales.
• Develop and drive metrics to meet production needs.
