Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-discipline maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate schedules, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement while delivering against quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

The role requires at least 5 years of manufacturing leadership, experience with preventive maintenance, blueprints, CAD, and measurement tools, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience with direct people management.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and reading blueprints.
• Experience with CAD and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Strong emphasis on safety, continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and 6S practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance team across shifts to meet production goals.
• Hire, train, and develop team members while driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure personnel are trained and certified for tasks and adhere to safety rules.
• Monitor performance, conduct annual reviews, and manage overtime plans.
• Coordinate material flow, reduce cycle times, and improve schedule stability.
• Lead projects targeting FTQ, lean improvements, and operational excellence.
