Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in a high-volume setting. The role includes scheduling, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination to meet demand with quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of supervisory experience in automated production, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Lean/5S practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Technical School degree and 2–5 years supervisory experience in high-speed automated manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises employees in the Panasonic production process.
• Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed.
• Interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining staff.
• Monitor KPIs across Safety, Financial, Production, Quality, and Manpower.
• Lead Kaizen events to improve machine/production conditions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and other supervisors.
