Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property's internal and external buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality through maintenance tasks.

You will lead a maintenance team, manage work orders, and mentor staff. The role requires 40-hour weeks, weekend availability, and adherence to safety standards. Experience with Entrata Yardi or OneSite is a plus; EPA refrigerant certs and a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA standards and MSDS knowledge required.
• Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and conduct employee evaluations.
• Hire, orient, and train new staff.
• Manage Make Ready process from start to finish per policy.
• Diagnose and repair defects; address resident service requests.
• Inspect work for quality and safety; supervise contractors.
• Assist with budgeting for maintenance and capital expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and vendor management.
