Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site team, oversee Make Ready tasks, and ensure buildings meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. You will manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and enforce policies to keep properties running smoothly.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on maintenance skills, and a focus on cost control, scheduling, and resident satisfaction in a fast-paced multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff and daily operations.
• Understanding of OSHA standards and MSDS regulations.
• Proficient with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site).

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance team, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs.
• Inspect work and ensure safety, quality, and budget targets.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and support capital budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws and company policies.
• Lead preventative maintenance and cost-control efforts.
