CYM Living LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team across properties. You will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate repairs, and ensure all facilities are safe and compliant with regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to asset care. You will manage budgets, schedule preventive maintenance, and collaborate with property management to enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field.
• On-call coverage after hours, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter.

Responsabilidades
