Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance operations at our Georgetown properties. The role focuses on leadership, reliability, and delivering a premium resident experience through proactive maintenance and quick issue resolution.

You will manage a team, coordinate activities, and ensure safety and code compliance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of custodial/maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.
• Valid drivers license required.
• HVAC (CFC certifications required or willingness to learn).
• Ability to work on-call in rotation.
• Strong communication with team and residents.
• Familiar with policy documents and safety procedures (SDS, PPE).

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team and coordinate daily tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and resources.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and quality in all tasks.
• Perform advanced maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control.
• Respond to on-call emergency maintenance requests.
