Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in custodial/maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance repairs.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HVAC certifications (CFC) required or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on-call in rotation with the team.
• Excellent communication with team members and residents.
• Ability to read and understand safety policies and SDS.
• Familiarity with PPE and emergency systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team in daily tasks and projects.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities for efficiency.
• Foster a culture of safety and teamwork.
• Perform and oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control.
• Respond to on-call emergency maintenance requests.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
