Qualifications

• 4+ years of custodial/maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.
• HVAC certifications required or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team, guiding daily tasks and projects.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities for efficient resource use.
• Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork among staff.
• Perform and oversee HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control for maintenance operations.
• Respond to on-call emergencies to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with building codes and safety regulations.
