Vivmark Residential in Aurora, CO seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and uphold luxury living standards across our properties. You will drive safety, reliability, and exceptional resident experiences through hands-on leadership and proactive maintenance.

Responsibilities include overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, scheduling work, and ensuring compliance with building codes while contributing to budget goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Custodial/Maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Valid driver's license.
• HVAC with CFC certs or willingness to learn.
• On-call rotation availability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read policies and safety procedures (SDS, PPE).
• Familiarity with PPE and emergency systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team and daily tasks.
• Schedule maintenance activities and manage resources.
• Ensure safety, compliance with codes, and resident satisfaction.
• Perform advanced repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Inspect properties and implement preventative maintenance.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control.
• Respond to emergency requests and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain documentation and reporting.
