Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Plano, TX to lead the maintenance team and ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our properties. This role emphasizes high standards of service and resident satisfaction across luxury living communities.

The supervisor will oversee HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repairs, participate in budgeting, and respond to on-call emergencies to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of experience in custodial/maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
• HVAC certifications required or willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to participate in an on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing guidance in daily tasks and projects.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize resources.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across properties and conduct regular inspections.
• Oversee advanced maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and appliance repairs.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control for maintenance operations.
• Respond to on-call emergency maintenance requests and ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
