Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a construction‑savvy maintenance team in keeping apartment communities pristine and move‑in ready. You will supervise daily activities, manage vendor partners, and drive capital projects to completion.

The role requires 3+ years in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade, plus a valid driver’s license and EPA certification; CPO certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade; supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, EPA certification; CPO Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance team operations.
• Oversee vendor partners to ensure timely, safe, and quality work.
• Manage capital improvement projects from bids to completion.
• Oversee unit turns and ensure move‑in readiness to Hawthorne standards.
• Inspect vacant units for cleanliness and functionality before move‑in.
• Maintain preventative maintenance plans for buildings and equipment.
