The position requires a high school level education, 3+ years in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade, and valid licensing. On-call rotations and a focus on delivering excellent resident service are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and EPA certification; CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure high performance.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and ensure HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems function reliably.
• Manage make-ready units and ensure move-in readiness and quality standards.
• Oversee building and grounds upkeep and curb appeal.
• Conduct on-call emergency rotations and respond to service requests safely.
