Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee budgets, and manage vendor partnerships to keep apartment communities in top condition. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and timely response to service needs.

The position requires a minimum 3 years in maintenance with supervisory experience, EPA and CPO certifications preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in apartment maintenance or skilled trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical); supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license; EPA certification; CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Foster a team culture rooted in excellence and Hawthorne Live It values.
• Supervise vendor partners to ensure timely, safe, compliant work.
• Manage capital improvement projects: bids, scheduling, execution.
• Identify and resolve service needs across the community.
• Maintain quarterly preventative maintenance programs for buildings and equipment.
