Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure all apartments are move-in ready. You will supervise trades, oversee vendor partners, and drive capital improvement projects to meet Hawthorne quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years in apartment maintenance with supervisory experience, EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and preferred CPO certification.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade; supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• EPA certification and CPO Certification are valued; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily maintenance team with accountability.
• Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and service.
• Oversee vendor partners to ensure timely, safe, and quality work; manage capital improvement projects.
• Inspect units to ensure move-in readiness; coordinate unit turns and prepare homes for residents.
• Maintain preventative maintenance plans for buildings and equipment; ensure grounds and amenities look inviting.
• Handle on-call emergency rotations and respond to service requests professionally.
