Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience supervising a maintenance team.

• Good math and measurement skills; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine service needs and staffing requirements.
• Assign and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks; obtain bids as needed.
• Direct contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications and quality.
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Plan, track, and manage the maintenance department budget.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and costs; prepare cost reports.
