Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and lead the on-site team in SeaTac. You will coordinate repairs, manage vendors, and ensure safety and quality standards to provide a premier living environment for residents.

The role supports budgeting, scheduling, and training, with a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule and eligibility for on-site housing. We value leadership, reliability, and a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-year certificate or 3–6 months related experience required.
• Proven leadership experience supervising a maintenance team.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence and basic technical docs.
• Basic math and measurement skills (algebra/geometry).
• Physical ability to perform inspections and maintenance, up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to professionalism, dependability, and customer service excellence.
• Must be available for on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine service needs, resources, and staffing.
• Direct and oversee maintenance, repair and renovation tasks; obtain bids for outside work.
• Oversee contracted projects ensuring adherence to specs and quality.
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Plan, track, and manage the maintenance department budget.
• Maintain records of labor, materials and costs; prepare cost reports.
• Review contractor bids for approval and manage vendor relationships.
• Support property upkeep including cleaning and unit turnovers.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Promote safe work practices and address safety and security concerns.
